How do I book a taxi or a tour?

Use the Taxi Booking form or click “Book via WhatsApp” on a package. WhatsApp will open with a pre-filled message containing your details.

What areas do you cover in Sri Lanka?

We cover the whole island including Colombo, Kandy, Sigiriya, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, Mirissa, Yala, Udawalawe, and airport transfers (CMB).

Which vehicles are available?

Tuk Tuk, Car, and Van options are available. We will recommend the best vehicle depending on route, luggage, and passenger count.

Can you customize an itinerary (bespoke tour)?

Yes. Share your travel dates, interests (culture / hills / safari / beach), and hotel plan on WhatsApp. We’ll create a custom route with flexible stops.

Are entrance tickets and activities included?

Generally, entrance fees (Sigiriya, parks, museums), safari jeep fees, train tickets, meals, and guides are excluded unless you request them. We can help arrange them.

How do airport pickups work?

Send your flight number and arrival time via WhatsApp. We’ll confirm pickup location and coordinate the meeting point for a smooth arrival.

What about luggage (especially with Tuk Tuk)?

For larger luggage or groups, we recommend a Car or Van. Tell us how many bags you have and we’ll suggest the right vehicle.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes—just message us as early as possible on WhatsApp. Changes are usually easy depending on availability and distance.
